Qt/GPU Breakpoints: Added three more breakpoint types:

* IncomingDisplayTransfer: Triggered just before a display transfer is performed.
* GSPCommandProcessed: Triggered right after a GSP command is processed.
* BufferSwapped: Triggered when the frames flip
