Added table of contents, and made some other tweaks.

- Added Table of Contents.
 - Got rid of unnecessary newlines.
 - Sorted wiki info section alphabetically.
 - Added optional note to game_type.
 - Removed optional note from author
 - Moved the nightly note to a more logical spot.
