* GetAudioRendererWorkBufferSize impl

Impl of GetAudioRendererWorkBufferSize based on RE, if this can be cleaned up, please contribute!

* Naming conventions

* Removed unneeded placeholder

* lioncache changes

* fixed const

* switched to Common::AlignUp
